The TV personality, 37, took to her Instagram Story on Thursday to post the loved-up snap where she cosied up to Sid and captioned it: 'Happy Birthday baby!'
It comes after Kelly split from her cinematographer boyfriend Erik Bragg in October last year after one year together.

Iowa native Sid, also known as Sidthe3rd, is the turntablist for heavy metal band Slipknot, having joined in 1998. He also tours as DJ Starscream.
Slipknot regularly played at Ozzfest over the years, the annual heavy metal music festival founded by Kelly's parents Ozzy, 73, and Sharon Osbourne, 69.
