Khloe Kardashian emerges from a self-care session at a skin care clinic ...

Khloe Kardashian attempted to keep a low profile in a midriff-baring, black long sleeve and leggings after exiting the Epione skin care clinic. 

Following her two-hour pampering session in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, the 37-year-old reality star was seen walking back to a waiting car with a bodyguard, who was dressed in a white button-down, black facial covering.

For her outing, the Good American founder kept her golden tresses in a sleek bun and accessorized her crop top with a pair of white hoop earrings.

The mom-of-one, who has already contracted COVID-19 twice, made sure to keep her nose and mouth covered on the way out amid the pandemic. 

Kardashian's outing comes as California suffers an Omicron-fueled surge of coronavirus cases.  

Earlier this month, her ex Tristan Thompson confirmed he fathered a child - a boy- with Maralee Nichols after getting paternity test results.

The past few weeks, Kardashian has reportedly been leaning on her mom Kris Jenner, 66, for support.

Despite the fact that its the third public cheating scandal caused by 30-year-old Tristan's wandering eye, a source told People that Khloe has been 'really struggling,' 

'She's leaning heavily on Kris all of the time. But Kris wants Khloe and Tristan to be in a good place so she's encouraging Khloe  to keep the lines of communication open.'

'Khloe is really struggling with what's happening with Tristan. This time that he was unfaithful has been much harder than the previous times,' the insider said.

'She really wants the relationship to work and she has been devastated,' they added.

Khloe and Tristan, who shared daughter True, three, together, were in a relationship in March 2021 when he conceived the child with Maralee.

They later split in June, the second time they have called it quits. 

'[Khloe] wanted the fairytale life with him and she's so upset,' the source said: 'People around her have never seen her so down and are so thankful she has her mother there who has barely left her side,' the insider noted. 

In addition to his newborn son and three-year-old daughter True with Khloe, he also shares a five-year-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig. 

Tristan shared with his fans on Monday, January 3: 'Today paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions.

'Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.' 

Tristan then spoke directly to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star whom he first started dating in 2016.
