Appearing on Graham Norton, set to air on Friday, the actress, 38, talks about why the show was much harder to film.

Of being the main character in the drama, written by Line Of Duty creator Jed Mercurio, she says: 'It really took me by surprise – I felt like a crew member by the end because I had to be in every day.
'When Martin and Adrian had an interrogation scene, I knew I could have four days off. It wasn't the case in this show, but I was really up for it and the challenges I got were amazing.'
In Line Of Duty, Vicky played the role of DI Kate Fleming, while Martin was DI Steve Arnott and Adrian, Superintendent Ted Hastings.
