Kanye West has demanded editing privileges on his upcoming Netflix documentary miniseries, entitled jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy.
The 44-year-old performer made his desire to work on the feature known through a post that was shared to his Instagram account on Friday morning, where he also showed off a promotional image for the forthcoming feature.
The upcoming docuseries has been in the works for several months, and it is scheduled to be made available to the public through the streaming service this year.

West, who recently changed his name to Ye, began his message by noting that, although he wished to do so without any confrontation, he wanted to have the last say on what went into the forthcoming documentary.
'I'm going to say this kindly for the last time. I must get final edit and approval on this doc before it releases on Netflix,' he wrote.
The Bound 2 songwriter then demanded that he be allowed to tweak the upcoming docuseries in order to control how he is shown.
'Open the edit room immediately so I can be in charge of my own image,' he wrote.
