Kelly Clarkson has agreed to give a five percent share of her Montana ranch to ex Brandon Blackstock after months of battling over the property.
Just weeks after attempting to evict the 45-year-old talent manager from the residence, the talk show host, 39, forked over a sliver of the sprawling abode.
His slice of the ranch, which is valued for a whopping $17,750,000, is worth $908,800.

In legal documents, obtained by People, it is clear that 'Blackstock does not have any ownership interest in the Stronger singer's property adjoining her ranch.
In December, Clarkson's attempt to evict her ex-husband from her ranch was blocked by a US judge.
The former American Idol winner is the sole owner of Vintage Valley Ranch in Montana, but is currently unable to utilize the property while Blackstock - her former manager - occupies it.

The ranch is said to cost $81K per month to maintain, and the 39-year-old pop powerhouse pays her 45-year-old ex a total $195,601 per month in child/spousal support.
'The judge ruled in his favor, but the order hasn't been formally signed off on,' a source told Us Weekly on Monday.
'He has been living in it and said he doesn't have the financial means to afford to purchase a residence of his own at this time, citing the unresolved financial aspect of their divorce.'
