Actress Kathy Griffin's road to recovery continues just months after having half of her lung in August.
The 61-year-old actress took to Twitter on Sunday afternoon, revealing she was going on her first walk since her surgery.
She was joined by her friend Jane Edith Wilson, who revealed later on Twitter that Griffin walked over three miles.

'First walk since surgery! Thx to my pal @JaneEdithWilson for goin w me,' Griffin said in her tweet, which was posted on Sunday afternoon.
The comedienne was wearing a grey t-shirt, grey sweat pants and grey shoes for the outing, with a purse slung over her shoulder.
She stayed safe amid COVID-19 with a black face mask and black sunglasses for her outing.

Wilson wore a blue t-shirt under a red cardigan with black pants and boots, with a multi-colored face mask.
'Hey you guys. It's me, Kathy Griffin and I'm with my friend Jane. So I'm going to go on my first walk today since my surgery,' Griffin began.
She added she was, 'a little nervous' before turning to her friend Jane as they bumped elbows before going out on the walk.
