Tiffani Thiessen is learning all about the meaning of balance it seems, as the actress took to her Instagram on Monday to share her recent tattoo of the simple word.
The Saved by the Bell star, 48, revealed the new ink - written in cursive on her wrist - in a series of black and white photos.
She captioned the photo with a thought-provoking definition of the word, writing: 'bal·ance /ˈbaləns/ having the right amount — not too much or too little — which leads to harmony.'

The actress also added a photo of the process, as she patiently waited for her tattoo artist, Ignacio Su, to finish the body art.
Thiessen was seen checking out the progress of the tattoo while wearing ripped up jeans and a black top.
After it was done, she took a snap next to Su, as he pointed at his latest work.
