With 25 songs topping the Billboard country charts and a staggering 44 Top 10 country albums, Dolly Parton is among the most honored female performers of her era.
And while her songs and other business ventures have resulted in riches beyond her wildest dreams, the Tennessee native has also been known through the years for her ample bust, which rumor has it, have been insured during her storied career.
Now, after helping perpetuate those well-chronicled rumors, the singer-songwriter is setting the record straight about her famous body parts.

During an appearance on Today With Hoda & Jenna on Wednesday, the Jolene star finally addressed whether or not her breasts are actually insured.
'It's not true,' Parton confessed, before explaining how all the talk surrounding her ample assets all got started.
'Years ago, was it [actress] Betty Grable, or one of the great famous stars that was famous also for her legs? At that time, I said 'Well maybe I should get my boobs insured since I'm famous for them.''
