Ray White Cheltenham listing agent Trevor Bowen revealed the couple made a few improvements to the pad, including clearing out bush and shrubs to 'open up the backyard' and putting a roof over the back deck.
'They love entertaining, and (adding a roof to the deck) has helped bring the indoors out and the outdoors in,' Bowen said.
'It’s quite a large home, and 657sqm is a good sized block for Cheltenham,' he added.
