The BBC has confirmed the release date for Conversations With Friends, the TV adaptation of Sally Rooney's 2017 novel.
The show is set to premiere on Sunday, May 15 on BBC Three, with a new teaser clip of the series shared on the channel's Twitter account.
The story follows the two young student women, Frances (Alison Oliver) and Bobbi (Sasha Lane), as they navigate their unusual attraction to the mysterious married couple Nick (Joe Alwyn) and Melissa (Jemima Kirke) after they meet at a poetry night in Dublin.

In the new teaser, Frances and Bobbi are seen going for a swim in the sea with Melissa before they walk back to her house.
Melissa says she's going to have a shower and then tells Frances to relax when she asks if there's anything she can help with.
Nick arrives home and meets Frances for the first time just as Melissa goes upstairs.
The pair appear to make eyes at each other before Bobbi enters the rooma and introduces herself to Nick and asks what's for dinner.
