Dylan Sprouse showed off his body transformation on Instagram after dedicating himself to becoming a 'meat head' following a childhood spent wearing T-shirts in the pool.
The Suite Life of Zack & Cody actor, 29, shared various photos of his fitness journey on Tuesday, from a sizzling shot of his ripped abs to video of him hitting the gym, as he opened up about his early insecurities which led him to his body overhaul.
'Used to wear a shirt in the pool as a kid so I decided in my late twenties I wanted to change my body and become a meat head,' he explained in the caption. 'This is my meat head post. Been a long slog but I'm proud of the progress I've made and I ain't done yet.'
