Stacey Solomon has admitted to being 'so unfit' after becoming worn out after a day of family fun at a water park. The Loose Women panellist, 32, took to her Instagram Stories to give her followers in insight into her day at Aqua Action with her husband Joe Swash and three sons. She filmed the boys all playing on the inflatable obstacle course and water slides as they made the most of the sunny weather.
