The shocking moment Olivia Wilde was served custody papers on stage in her ugly custody battle with Jason Sudeikis has been captured on video.
Wilde was in the middle of speaking about her new film Don't Worry Darling at CinemaCon last Tuesday when she was delivered a manila envelope on stage.
The actress, 38, opened the envelope in front of audience members and seemed momentarily caught off guard after realizing what had been sent to her.

However, she didn't let the shocking delivery stop her from continuing on with her speech.
'This is for me? Right now?' Olivia asked when the envelope, labeled 'Personal and Confidential', first appeared on stage. Several audience members giggled at the sight. 'This is very mysterious. I'm going to open it now... is this a script?' she asked.
She opened the envelope, pulled out the documents and quickly scanned them. The actress then briefly acknowledged she had received them before continuing on with her presentation.
'Oh, okay. Got it. Thank you,' she said.

No one was initially sure what had happened, though speculation abound that she had been served.
On Wednesday, Deadline reported the manila envelope contained custody papers from Sudeikis.
Variety claimed that Sudeikis did not know Wilde would be served the papers in such a public and humiliating way. The actress is currently dating pop star Harry Styles, 28, who she met while she was directing her upcoming thriller, in which he stars alongside Florence Pugh.
A source told the publication: 'Papers were drawn up to establish jurisdiction relating to the children of Ms. Wilde and Mr. Sudeikis.

'This is for me?' Wilde was initially perplexed by the sight of the delivery in the middle of her speech
'Mr. Sudeikis had no prior knowledge of the time or place that the envelope would have been delivered as this would solely be up to the process service company involved and he would never condone her being served in such an inappropriate manner.'
Wilde and Sudeikis began dating in November 2011 and got engaged in December 2012, before eventually splitting in November 2020. They share two children together - eight-year-old son Otis and five-year-old daughter Daisy.
Details of their current custody arrangement remain private, and neither Olivia nor Jason have commented on the contents of the envelope.
