Olivia's remarks came after a leak from the Supreme Court showed conservative Justice Samual Alito's draft opinion to overturn the landmark abortion case that dates back 50 years and gave constitutional protections for women to terminate their pregnancies.
The draft legal opinion, which was leaked to Politico, reveals five Republican-nominated judges - a majority of the court's nine judges - are in agreement on the issue which would be enough to force a change in the law — though their decision is not final until the ruling is officially published.
