Fans are also likely to get a treat, as the series will at least partly focus on Jason and Brett Oppenheim's new Newport Beach office.

'Maybe she's a f***ing genius!' shouts back Austin Victoria, setting the tone for the foul-mouthed teaser.

The show also establishes that it's not afraid to poke fun at its realtors. New star Alexandra Rose is seen walking down as hallway as she asks Alexandra Jarvis is Abraham Lincoln was the first president.

'No, that was George Washington,' Jarvis replies matter-of-factly.

Although almost everyone featured in the teaser will be unfamiliar to Selling Sunset fans, both Jason and Brett Oppenheim make a brief appearance as they drive up.

Heather Rae Young, who currently stars on the flagship program, is also listed as working in the new office, but she's reportedly sticking with her position on the original series.
