Gemma Collins has revealed that she and fiancé Rami Hawash don't know if he will 'ever regain sight in his eye', after a 'serious work accident'.
The update comes after the reality star, 41, shared news of the accident back in April, explaining that her beau needed an operation.
But despite the uncertainty surrounding the injury, she has assured Rami that she will love him with or without his eye.
