Garrett Hedlund is looking ripped in recent days and he isn't afraid to flaunt it.
On Wednesday, the Triple Frontier actor took to his Instagram page and posted a photo of himself flashing his amazing six-pack abs.
'When asked what you're training for...? And you say... for life,' Hedlund, 37, captioned the picture, which was snapped at the gym.

In the photo, the Modern Love star is flexing his abdominal muscles while holding up his black t-shirt with his teeth.
Hedlund's gym picture comes three days after he shared a Mother's Day letter to his own mother and another for his ex-partner, Emma Roberts, who's the mother of his one-year-old son, Rhodes.
He first posted a written letter to Roberts, whom he called 'the most beautiful mother' in the lead in.
'You gave us a gift who never ceases to melt our hearts, amaze our minds, and make all the anythings just fly away, from morning till night,' he wrote out with pen and paper, before ending by sharing 'all my love.'
