He expressed his annoyance when his manhood was brought into Wagatha Christie case.

But Peter Andre appeared to have moved past the drama as he seemed to be in good spirits as he signed autographs outside London's Dominion Theatre on Thursday.

The singer, 49, cut a casual figure in black distressed jeans and a V-neck jumper as he left the theatre after his latest performance in Grease The Musical.

He completed his laid-back ensemble with a pair of black boots while he tucked his brunette locks beneath a beige beanie hat.

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker sported well-groomed facial hair and flashed a smile as he signed autographs and took selfies with his eager fans.

His outing comes just hours after he took to Instagram to express his annoyance after the size of his manhood was dragged into the Wagatha Christie court case when Rebekah Vardy compared it to a 'chipolata'.

He said he has managed to see the funny side of the manhood reference after it was referenced on day three of Rebekah and Coleen Rooney's court case.

The TV personality took to Instagram to say that despite his positive stance, there would outrage if a man had made a similar slur about a woman's anatomy.

'I'll be laughing about it for a while, but think about how it would feel if it was the other way around, that's all I'm saying,' he said in a video.

He captioned a new video: 'Here I was this morning sat in my robe feeling like I had to say something. Feel free to come to your own conclusion.

'Just a couple of things first. Sorry to Emily and the children that have had to see and hear some not very nice things...

'You all know I like to take the p*** out of myself but maybe I felt a bit vulnerable this morning. Love from an Aussie Brit Greek.'

In the video itself, he said: 'Hi everyone. Seeing as I haven't had much of a say in this, and just let everyone have a laugh and whatever, whatever, I'm just going to put it out.

'15 years this has been going on and I kept quiet and I didn't say anything, and I let everyone have their laugh and I let everyone say what they wanted to say.

'Okay yes, now, [Vardy] gone to court and admitted that the story was made up, and she did that because her ex-husband forced her to do it.

'Fair enough, but put that all aside and just think how it feels that if a man, or if I had said this, about her anatomy, or a man said something about a woman's anatomy, and made up something, whatever, I don't know - you can use your imagination of saying something very unflattering.

'There would be outrage, there would absolute outrage. But because it's been said about me, its been the butt of all jokes, I've took it for 15 years.' [sic].

He continued: 'You know some of you are gonna go, 'oh get over it, don't say anything whatever'. You've got to understand, what's even worse is it's brought up in a High Court, and the lawyer is bringing it up... and it's brought up again. And the only one that sits there and takes hit after hit about it is me.

'And I just I'll be laughing about it for a while, but think about how it would feel if it was the other way around, that's all I'm saying.

'Okay yes, I think we all know now it's just a made-up story fine, fine, fine. But it's a little bit more serious than that.

'And I think it's not fair that something like this can happen again and again and again and we talk about all sorts of things, about mental health, about being kind and about all that sort of stuff, and nothing seems to change. So you know, there you go.'

And in unearthed quotes, Peter insisted his manhood is a full eight inches in size - in fact, the same as his Sky+ remote.

Talking to OK! magazine back in 2007, while still married to Katie Price - who famously once referred to it as an 'acorn,' he said: I'm proud of it! It's the size of the Sky remote control - I've measured it.'

It comes after Rebekah told London's High Court that she regretted comparing Peter's private member to a 'chipolata' in a kiss-and-tell newspaper interview.

Rebekah said she had been 'forced' to take part in the 2004 News Of The World article by her ex-husband.

Rebekah was being cross examined by Mrs Rooney's lawyer David Sherborne, when he asked her if she respected people's privacy, to which she replied: 'Yes, I do.'

He then asked her questions about an interview she gave to the News Of The World about her claimed sexual encounter with singer Peter Andre.

Sherborne showed what appeared to an A3 print out of the article to Rebekah in the witness box before reading the headline: 'Peter's hung like a small chipolata, shaved, slobbery, lasts five minutes'.

The barrister read excerpts from the article, in which it was claimed Andre had managed 'just five minutes of sex with Rebekah' and in which she said he had 'the smallest trouser equipment I've ever seen' that was like a 'miniature chipolata'.

Sherborne suggested to Rebekah that the News Of The World was the
