The pop star, 25, realised that he was spending hours each day online and needed to kick the habit 'It actually feels really nice. Cody says that 'you can get pretty caught up in it' when it comes to social media, and it 'would affect my emotional wellbeing'. His accounts, such as his Instagram, remain active, but Cody says he no longer has any of the apps on his phone. 'I used to get six hours on this or that and I'd be 'oh s**t, this is not good'. Cody said he was 'worried about the reception' he would get from other swimmers but says he has been welcome with open arms and is getting lots of support.
