Billie Faiers looked in great spirits as she headed to a PT session on Monday morning a day after her sister Sam gave birth to her third child.
The former TOWIE star, 32, was joined by pal Ferne McCann, 31, and their trainer as she donned all-black exercise gear and prepared to work up a sweat.
It comes after on Sunday Sam and her long-term partner Paul Knightley announced they welcomed their third child as she shared snaps of her home water birth.

Stepping out on Monday Billie couldn't stop smiling as she chatted with fellow TOWIE star Ferne.
Billie teamed her tight black exercise leggings with a matching lycra top and comfy white trainers while pinning her hair back.
Meanwhile Ferne showed off her slim figure in light grey leggings and completed her sporty look with a nude jumper.

On Sunday Sam took to Instagram to announce the news of her third child's birth with a heartwarming video of her family with the newborn which included a glimpse at her home water birth.
She captioned her post: 'My whole world. No words can describe how in love we are with you baby boy.
'I honestly can't explain my feelings right now. Mummy loves you more than you could ever imagine.
