And on Monday, leading lady Michelle Dockery traded the show-stopping ensemble for an equally elegant co-ord as she exited NBC Studios in the Big Apple.
The actress, 40, was joined by her Downton co-star Laura Carmichael for an appearance on the Today show, where the historical drama film was bound to dominate conversation.

Michelle, who reprised her role as central character Lady Mary Crawley in the movie, looked classy in a cream blazer, which featured pleats from the centre down to the hem.
The garment was teamed with a satin, asymmetrical skirt and she elevated her frame with studded white sandals.
Laura, 35, also opted for neutral hues for her television interview, slipping a tan, sleeveless trench coat over a black top.
The star, who is the persona behind Lady Edith Crawley, rounded off her look with open-toe black heels, which boasted a towering wedge heel.
