Little Mix’s touring company took a £2.6 million hit after band member Jesy Nelson quit, new figures reveal, just days after the conclusion of the Confetti Tour made their hiatus official.

Accounts for the band’s gigging company - owned by Jade Thirlwall, 29, Perrie Edwards, 28, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 30 - show that it went down in value from £7.6 million to £5 million.

The figures cover the 12 months to the end of August last year and the period in which Jesy, 30, left.

Paperwork for Eternal Magic Touring reference her departure in a section on employees which says the number in the company went down from four to three.

Cash reserves in the firm fell from £9.4 million to £7.1 million and the company owed creditors, who are not named, £2.2 million.

Jesy left her band members in December 2020 and the newly published accounts cover the 12 months from September 2020 to the end of August last year.

Little Mix played their farewell gigs before splitting for some time apart last week, but there was barely any reference to Jesy, who was almost completely airbrushed from every montage and clip in concerts.

The Shout Out To My Ex band are said to be worth a staggering £54 million and now figure in the Sunday Times Rich list.

They are taking time out after 11 years together which began when they won the ITV show the X Factor. The accounts were signed off on Monday by Leigh-Anne.

MailOnline has contacted a representative for Little Mix for comment.

Leigh-Anne reportedly made a jibe at her former bandmate Jesy during the opening show of their Confetti Tour at Belfast's SSE Arena in April.

She allegedly altered the lyrics of their song Gloves Up to eliminate reference of there ever being four girls in the group, after the Romford-native quit in 2020.

The singer was embroiled in a bitter feud with Jesy last year, after the latter was accused of Blackfishing after sporting a very tanned complexion.

With adoring fans were expecting her to belt out the line, 'Legend of the four divas,' the swimwear designer sang 'three', according to claims.

Following Jesy's departure, the group announced last year that they would be going on a hiatus and re-affirmed that they weren't splitting for good during the show.

They projected, 'Little Mix 2011-Forever,' on screens behind them, with Jade saying: 'We wouldn't have got where we are today if it wasn't for the love we have for each other,' according to The Sun

'We have been through absolutely everything together. We have cried together. We have laughed together. We have seen each other naked.
