Holly Willoughby was left in tears during Tuesday's episode of Freeze The Fear with Wim Hof after Tamzin Outhwaite suffered a head injury under the ice.
The gruelling BBC show follows a group of celebrities navigating challenges in the Italian mountains in sub-zero conditions.
Tamzin, 51, had bravely submerged into ice-cold water but sustained a head injury as she came up for air.
