Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns has hit back at trolls criticising his success as a solo artist.
The singer, 42, responded to cruel messages saying he's 'never done anything' outside the band.
He shared a post on Instagram titled: 'But what has he ever done outside of Silverchair?'

Daniel's successes were then listed - including an Emmy for his animated children's TV series Beatbugs, an Aria for his solo album FutureNever and an MTV Award for Video of the Year for his rock band The Dissociatives.
'Forgot anything? Just a lil bit,' he wrote across the post.
Daniel recently released his new solo album FutureNever on April 22, the same day he exited rehab.
He revealed on March 29 he had checked himself into a rehab facility after using alcohol to help deal with his anxiety, depression and PTSD.
