The 46-year-old Oscar Winner has been dating Halle Berry's hunky ex Gabriel Aubrey, 45, according to a Wednesday report.

Gabriel is best known for dating Halle Berry as they share 14-year-old daughter Nahla.
The two have been embroiled in a lengthy custody battle as they were in court to renegotiate Halle's child support payments to Gabriel which were halved from $16,000 a month to just $8,000.
Halle and Gabriel went their separate ways in 2010 after spending five years together, with reports at the time suggesting it was due to their age gap.

Gabriel went on to date Kim Kardashian in November 2010 as they were spotted enjoying a Los Angeles Lakers game together and later stepped out to watch the Burlesque movie.
