Khloe Kardashian compares her family to 'the mob' to on-and-off boyfriend Tristan Thompson on the sixth episode of Hulu's The Kardashians.
The 37-year-old Khloe and the 31-year-old Thompson have been dating off and on since 2016, and share four-year-old daughter True Thompson together.
While the couple were thought to have split in June 2021, Khloe revealed in the fourth episode that her and Tristan were back together... just months before it was revealed that he cheated on her AGAIN and fathered a THIRD child with personal trainer Maralee Nichols, that was uncovered in a paternity lawsuit in December 2021.

The episode - entitled This Is a Life Or Death Situation - found Khloe and Tristan heading to Kim's house to work out at her gym, since Khloe's house is still being built.
'Kim has been sharing her gym with me for a good year and a half now, so God bless her,' she says in confession.
She adds that the gym is her and Tristan's, 'happy place' and they motivate one another and just have fun in the gym, it's awesome.'

After hanging out with Kim and Kanye and their kids for a bit, Khloe and Tristan go back into the gym, as Khloe asks him a question that she wants him to be, 'as honest as you want' in answering.
'Is this not the most - either an individual would say, "What an amazing family that you just keep everyone around at all times?" Or, are you like, "How does this family still keep all these guys around?" Like, once you're in, it's like the mob. You can't get out,' Khloe asked.
Tristan said, 'It's like blood in, blood out, right?' as Khloe says in confession they have a, 'strong, loyal vibe in our family.'

'We are great co-parenters, we are great at blending families, we've learned that from my mom and my dad,'' she added in confession.
She added it was how they were raised, adding her dad and stepdad played golf together twice a week, as Tristan admitted, 'Yeah that doesn't really happen anywhere else besides your guys' family. Usually the dad and stepdad, somebody is getting hit with a golf club.'
Khloe added, 'Like Scott, is never leaving. Kanye is never leaving. Looks like you're never leaving. We're all here, forever.'
