Tommy Mallet has revealed that after seeing a top nutritionist, he has received a pre diabetic diagnosis and is 'fighting' to get into shape and be there for his son Brody, 12 months.
The health scare has pushed the 29-year-old reality star to fix his diet, as he admitted that there is 'not one vegetable' he eats.
Sharing his struggles with yo-yo dieting, Tommy told Nutritionist Rhiannon lambert that he has felt 'lost' and in a 'scary place'.

'I have been battling 10kg, wanting to get rid of love handles for years,' he explained.
Admitting that he is planning on making a change, the reality star continued: 'There is not one vegetable that I eat - apart from a potato. I need to get over it, I have been telling myself that for 29 years.
'I am going to start eating carrots blended into mash, I sound like a big baby.'
