Chris Pratt brings Jack Carr's bestselling novel to life in the new trailer for the upcoming Amazon Prime Video series The Terminal List.

The 42-year-old actor plays James Reece, whose entire platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission.

The soldier finds himself with conflicting memories of the ambush as questions arise about his culpability in their deaths... as he ultimately discovers dark forces working against him. 

The trailer begins with Reece going in for a CAT scan, as he coldly says, 'Copy' when the technician says they're almost ready to begin.

He has flashbacks of the ambush in a tunnel, with explosions taking out his comrades in arms.

His wife Lauren (Riley Keough) asks James over the phone what happened, and he simply says, 'They're all gone. Everybody's gone.'

He's seen in an airplane hangar as the coffins of his 12 fellow SEAL members rest with American flags draped over them.

Reece returns home to his wife Lauren and their daughter Lucy (Arlo Mertz), who runs up and gives him a hug.

Reece is seen at a bar when he's approached by Katie Buranek (Constance Wu) who grills him about the ambush.

'12 SEALS lost and no one in command even issues a statement?' Katie asks, but Reece doesn't answer her.

Admiral Pillar (Nick Chinlund) is meeting with Reece, telling him that, 'Nothing in this file adds up.'
