Sally Dynevor has opened up about how she is coping with menopause, admitting that exercise has been instrumental in helping her symptoms.
The 58-year-old also explained that the transition has actually left her feeling 'more secure in myself' than she did 20 years ago.
Appearing on the June cover of Prima magazine, the Coronation Street actress detailed her celebration of getting older as she chatted to the publication.

The star explained that due to her previous breast cancer, HRT was not an advised option for her - so natural methods were a must for tackling menopause.
'Exercise has really helped with the menopause. Because I had an oestrogen-fed breast cancer and I’m on a preventative drug called tamoxifen, which I’ll take for as long as I can, I was advised not to take HRT.
