Moana Hope is expecting her second child with her model wife Isabella Carlstrom in a matter of weeks.
And on Sunday, the heavily pregnant AFLW star shared a comment from one of her Instagram followers that upset her.
The fan was congratulating the 34-year-old on her pregnancy and stated 'you will be a gorgeous mum'.

Moana hit back in a series of Instagram Stories videos, explaining that she was already a mother to the daughter she and Isabella share, Svea, one.
'I'm already a mum. I'm mum to a beautiful little girl called Svea,' the footy star said in the clip.
'And just because I didn't give birth to her, does not make me not her mum. It does not make me already not a mum.
