EXCLUSIVE 'I find it hard to get my brain to slow down': Millie Mackintosh discussed navigating life as a mother-of-two - and how she and husband Hugo Taylor are 'learning as they go' (pictured with daughters Sienna, right, and Aurelia, left) The doting mum explained: 'Being a mum, there's always so much to think about. Even if the girls sleep through the night, I wake up at 4am working through my mental checklist for the day. 'I find it hard to get my brain to just slow down.' Becoming a mother for the second time might, in Millie's words, be 'more intense', but her confidence has flourished. Open and honest: Speaking to MailOnline about how she has adapted to life as a family-of-four, Millie, 32, who shares her children with husband and former co-star Hugo (pictured), said she approaches parenting with a 'go with the flow' approach 'I'm going with the flow more now that I've got the confidence - and it's very different I think going from no kids to one because you know your whole life changes so much. 'And once you're already a parent, you're used to the house being a mess. You're used to not being able to make spontaneous plans. You've already waved goodbye to weekends on the sofa, electronics, watching Netflix,' she said. Marking Aurelia's six-month birthday was an emotional milestone for the reality star, but she is striving to live in the here and now and 'absorb it all'. Doting: Becoming a mother for the second time might, in Millie's words, be 'more intense', but her confidence has flourished 'I think it will only get easier as they get older, but it's also so magical this time while they're so little. It's really special. So I try, even when it's tough, to try and not ever wish any of it away,' she said. Millie and Hugo met on the set of E4's long-running reality show Made In Chelsea and are approaching their fourth anniversary. The Wiltshire-born beauty admitted that since the arrival of Aurelia, it has been harder for the pair to have time together, but they ensure they factor in quality time with the odd date, pamper session or dinner at home with the absence of phones. 'We send each other links or things to read - we're learning. But sometimes, you feel like you're winging it all the time,' she confessed. It's been an exciting few months for Millie as she and her gorgeous family uprooted to a new London home - something she branded 'an exhausting process': 'I don't know why I thought it wouldn't be that big a deal!' she quipped. And earlier this month, she jetted off to Ibiza for close friend Binky Felstead's hen do. Moving on!
