Strictly Come Dancing bosses are ready to make the next two-step away from COVID-19 restrictions by removing the plastic barriers employed to separate its four judges.
The BBC show implemented a string of new guidelines, among them restrictive social bubbles, no studio audience and protective safety panels as the coronavirus pandemic paralyzed the UK in 2020.
But in a move that suggests mainstream TV is ready to move on from the health crisis, producers are set to ditch the protocol that has remained in place to varying degrees over the last two years.
