They tied the knot in April - four years after they were first romantically linked. 

And Ewan McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead were spotted enjoying married life as they took a stroll in New York City on Monday. 

Ewan, 51, cut a dapper figure in a grey jacket and white three quarter length jeans while his ultra chic wife, 37, showcased her eye for style in a orange kimono-style coat. 

The Scott Pilgrim vs. the World cast member teamed the look with a basic white T-shirt and black trousers. 

Stepping out in a pair of tan sandals on the day, Mary Elizabeth found herself getting tangled in a little branch of leaves which got caught in her footwear.  

Thankfully as she made her way to her hotel with her beau, the leaves fell off. 

Her gorgeous brunette hair was cut short and fell towards her shoulders as she showed off her flawless skin wearing a light dusting of make-up.     

While the Tru Calling actress went without a face covering on the day, her husband Ewan kept himself protected amid New York's high COVID-19 community levels.

The happy couple have been romantically involved ever since 2017, when they met while working on the third season of the crime drama series Fargo.

The outing comes after sources told People that Ewan and Mary exchanged vows last month in front of 'close friends and family.'

An insider told the publication: 'It was a small wedding for family and close friends. They had an outdoor ceremony. It was lovely and joyful.'
