CBS will not air the season finale of FBI on Tuesday following the mass shooting at a Uvalde, Texas elementary school in which authorities said 18 children and three adults were murdered.
The network decided to pull the show, titled Prodigal Son, which has a storyline centered around authorities looking to stop a mass shooting, Deadline reported on Tuesday.
'As the team investigates a deadly robbery that garnered a cache of automatic weapons for the killers, they discover one of the perps is a classmate of Jubal’s son, who is reluctant to cooperate with the case,' read a synopsis for the episode, which was written by showrunner Rick Eid and directed by Alex Chapple.
