Sam Armytage has admitted she's been 'on air drunk' while hosting Sunrise.
The former co-anchor of Seven's top-rating breakfast show made the shock disclosure while talking to Karl Stefanovic on her Something to Talk About podcast.
'I mean, hello, we've all been on air drunk!' said the 45-year-old.

Karl, 47, was infamously still drunk when he hosted Nine's Today show the morning after a long, boozy night at the 2009 Logie Awards.
However, Sam said her inebriation wasn't so obvious, admitting: 'I was sneaky. I didn't get written up in the papers. Nobody knew.'
'Thank you, finally an admission!' replied Stefanovic, her former breakfast TV rival, before joking that her anecdote would probably lead to a flurry of headlines.
'Karl gets awful admission out of Sam: "I was drunk too! Nobody noticed,"' he laughed.
