Where's Will? Will Smith was absent from an event promoting his new show Bel-Air as he continues to maintain a low-profile following his shocking slap at the Oscars
Smith developed the new Bel-Air series with Morgan Cooper, whose fan film Bel-Air went viral in March 2019 and lead to the new series, which debuted February 13 on Peacock.
Bel-Air is based on the original series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, set in modern-day America and offering 'a new, dramatic take on Will's complicated journey from the streets of West Philadelphia to the gated mansions of Bel-Air.'
Banks stars as the new Will, who gets uprooted from the inner city and flown across the country to stay with his aunt Vivian (Freeman) and uncle Phil (Holmes) in Bel-Air.
The cast also includes Olly Sholotan as Carlton Banks, Jones as Hilary Banks, Akbar as Ashley Banks, Akingbola as Geoffrey and Jordan L. Jones as Jazz.
