Dani Dyer stumbled and dropped her groceries as she stepped out of the supermarket in stylish gym-wear on Friday.
The former Love Island winner, 25, picked up a loaf and bread and a multipack of water bottles from Morrisons but dropped her purchases on the way out.
She was assisted by a kind passerby who helped her to carry her heavy load across the car park to her vehicle.
