'Daddy cuddles - 8 days old. Can't imagine how stressful and scary it was for you @samjameswood seeing our baby taken to special care nursery and me get taken away to another hospital all while keeping your cool and staying calm and not letting me see you worry,' Snezana began.

'Our little Harper had an infection and mama here sepsis but you never told me or showed me how serious it was or how worried you were. You stayed calm which kept me calm.'

Snezana went on to praise Sam for going back and forth between hospitals as they look forward to having their little girl home with her three older sisters.

'I love you. Thank you again for being you, thank you for being my strength and helping me get through what has been the toughest most stressful three weeks we've ever experienced,' she gushed.

'You are my everything, I love you to the moon and back and couldn't have gotten through this without you. Xx.'

Earlier on Friday, Snezana updated her fans on the progress of baby Harper and said she's doing a lot better.
