'When I was here a year ago, it was so crushing and I'm so glad that we've moved past all our s***,' said Erika, who went on to thank Richards, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley and Garcelle Beauvais for dealing with her as she felt 'backed into a f***ing corner every day' at that time. Though she expressed relief over being able to 'at least catch my breath now,' Erika - who has maintained her innocence - acknowledged that she's 'far from done' with her legal drama. As Erika lamented about being 'dragged through the mud for something that I didn't do, never happened' for over a year, her co-star Garcelle wondered if the backlash arose because Erika seemingly 'didn't show any compassion' publicly for the alleged victims. 'When you're in a legal situation like that, every word counts. We're not even sure that there were people that weren't paid,' she explained. All of Erika's co-stars appeared shocked by the suggestion, with Kyle attempting to get some clarification by asking, 'You're saying that we don't know for a fact that these people weren't paid, these victims?' Dorit added: 'You mean that there's a chance that they can be lying?' 'No way' uttered Garcelle, to which Erika swiftly snapped back: 'Yeah way. We still don't have all the facts, that's why I keep saying this isn't wrapped up. It doesn't matter what someone claims.' In a confessional, Garcelle further doubted Erika's suggestion and seemingly found it hard to believe that 'regular people' would go out of their way to cause all this fuss for funds they'd already received. 'These victims are regular people, why would they be coming after Tom? Why would all these lawsuits come about if they were paid? They would just go live their lives,' she explained to viewers.
