Tristan Thompson and baby mama Maralee Nichols' son Theo turned six-months-old on Wednesday.
And the 31-year-old fitness instructor celebrated her baby son's milestone by taking him on his first trip to the zoo and sharing a sweet snap from their outing on Instagram.
'Can't believe my baby is 6 months old,' Nichols gushed in the caption, adding a giraffe emoji.

She continued, 'Theo’s first time at the zoo, he loved looking at all the animals.'
In the image, the brunette beauty was seen from behind as she held Theo while the mother/son duo looked at a giraffe in an outdoor enclosure.
Nichols' donned high-waisted distressed blue jeans and a light gray tank top while Theo was clad in a beige onesie.
The Texas native also shared videos taken at the zoo to her Instagram Story. She included a Boomerang of an aqua blue waterfall and a video clip of a giraffe grazing in its enclosure.

However, Tristan did not 'like' or comment on Maralee's post and made no mention of the occasion on his own Instagram page.
In February, Nichols' representative confirmed that the 31-year-old professional basketball player has 'not' paid her a dime in child support since Theo's birth on December 1.
'Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support their son. He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance,' her rep told Entertainment Tonight.

The NBA star had previously said that he looked forward to 'amicably raising our son' after DNA test results confirmed that he was Theo's father.
The Chicago Bulls player also did not acknowledge Maralee on Mother's Day.
A representative for Nichols told PEOPLE that she and Theo spent the day 'together with loved ones.'
The model celebrated her first Mother's Day with a sweet post on Instagram. SHe called motherhood the 'greatest blessing' and posted a stunning portrait of herself cradling baby Theo.
'Words cannot express how much I love you, being your mommy is my greatest blessing,' began Nichols, who boasts 217,000 followers on the social media app.

Back in February, she called him her 'little angel baby' and explained that the name Theo means 'Gift from God.'
Though she did not appear to receive any Mother's Day surprises from Thompson, the athlete did send a bouquet of flowers to his other baby mama Khloe Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner.
The 66-year-old Kardashian-Jenner matriarch shared a snap of the arrangement of pink and white roses to her Instagram Story on Sunday. It's unclear if Khloe received anything from her ex-partner.

Nichols welcomed her and Thompson's love child in December, soon after DailyMail.com had revealed details of the paternity suit she filed against the NBA player.
The obtained court documents first revealed that Nichols was suing Thompson for child support as well as for reimbursement of medical expenses and pregnancy-related costs.
However, she subsequently told E! News: 'I did not file any request for child support before our child was born.'
Additionally Nichols filed to submit text messages exchanged between herself and Thompson as evidence for her paternity lawsuit.

It's claimed the texts show the pro athlete had wanted her to terminate the pregnancy, stated he had no plans to be involved in the child's life and had tried to offer her hush money.
Thompson had filed a gag order request back in December saying Nichols' 'intention all along [was] to try to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit' by accusing him of fathering a third child, according to Us Weekly.
But weeks later, the NBA star took to Instagram on January 3 to confirm that he was in fact that father of Nichols' child.
