Georgina Rodriguez looked on cloud nine on Wednesday as she took to Instagram to share a slew of snaps on a private jet with Cristiano Ronaldo.

The model, 28, looked incredible in cream dress with a keyhole cut out in the front to flash her ample cleavage.

She accessorised with a simple chain necklace, a watch and several bracelets and added a casual touch by sporting yellow trainers.

Her raven locks were styled poker straight and she toted her essentials in a cream Hermes handbag.

In one shot she cosied up to her longtime partner Cristiano for an adorable loved-up photo.

Captioning the string of images, she wrote: 'A few days ago with the man of my dreams'.

The luxury pictures come as she celebrated Cristiano's twins Eva and Mateo's fifth birthday over the weekend.

She was joined by her partner's other children Cristiano Jr, 11, along with her children Alana, four, and one-month-old Bella. 

Georgina shared a heartwarming clip of the children stood alongside two birthday cakes, a Frozen-themed cake for Eva and a car cake for Mateo.

The wall was decorated with multi-coloured balloons while a black cut out of Cristiano featuring his number seven jersey was in the background.

Georgina wrote a post in Spanish saying she 'couldn't be more proud' of her children.     

She said: 'Happy 5 years to the loves of my life. Mom couldn't be more proud of you and the wonderful beings you are becoming. 

'I love you with all my heart ✨❤️ For blowing out millions of candles together.'

Georgina cut a casual figure for the festivities as she sported a light denim sleeveless jacket along with a matching pair of jeans.

The star also donned a white vest along with a matching hat and a pair of silver hoop earrings.  

Cristiano, who was absent from the festivities due to his football career, also shared a snap of his twins and wrote: 'Dad could not be more proud of you, continue to be happy and with these cute smiles'. 

It comes after Georgina and Cristiano revealed they named their baby daughter Bella Esmeralda in a heartwarming Instagram post.

The footballer's girlfriend announced the name they had picked alongside three adorable photos which saw the little one sleeping in her cot... after confirming the child's twin brother tragically died at birth.

Tagging her location as Manchester, the photos saw their tot appearing to crack a smile while wear a pink top as well as a white Moschino number and a knitted hat.

She wrote in her caption: 'Bella Esmeralda [green heart] 180422.' 

It comes after Ronaldo and the former sales assistant revealed that their son had died at birth on April 18, but their daughter survived. 

Following the devastating stillbirth, the couple and their other children returned home with their newborn daughter, days after the footballer confirmed his partner had lost the child's twin brother. 

The striker shared a social media update shortly after their baby girl made the journey back from hospital following her birth.

Posting a photo for his 430million followers, Ronaldo cradled his daughter while accompanied by Spanish partner Georgina and their four children - three of which the footballer fathered through surrogates.

Captioning the post, he wrote: 'Home sweet home. Gio and our baby girl are finally together with us. We want to thank everyone for all the kind words and gestures.
