Holly Scarfone was spotted during a particularly wild night out at Stassie Karanikolaou's birthday party in West Hollywood on Friday morning.
The 23-year-old reality television personality - who used to date Kourtney Kardashian's ex Scott Disick - covered her face while making her way out of the celebratory event, which ended at two in the morning.
The Too Hot to Handle cast member had to be helped back to her car by two of her friends, one of whom led her by the hands as she left the birthday party, which was also attended by Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
