Robert Irwin has revealed Australia Zoo's exciting new venture that is both help modernise the business and help conservation efforts.
Appearing on Sunrise on Tuesday, Robert, 18, announced that the zoo has launched it's first NFT's, or Non-fungible token artwork series.
'This is the way of the world now and for us to be part of it we feel very cool, very hip,' Robert said.

'We're entering the future. I never thought we would be at the forefront of NFTs but here we are, it's an exciting time.'
Robert said that his mother and Irwin family matriarch Terri, 57, struggled to understand the idea of the 'digital asset' at first.
'I can't say she totally understood NFTs going into this, but we've definitely learnt quite a lot,' he said with a laugh.
