Authorities located Bam Margera at a Delray Beach, Florida hotel Wednesday, after the Jackass alum was reported missing from a nearby rehab facility he was at.

Sources told TMZ that police and a crisis intervention team took the 42-year-old TV personality, whose full name is Brandon Cole Margera, back to the rehab facility, and that he did not resist.

The manager of the rehab facility noted that the Viva La Bam star's stay at the facility was ordered by a court, leading to police looking for him.

Insiders told the outlet the West Chester, Pennsylvania native likely did not relapse, after he finished a year in a drug and alcohol treatment program, but it was not immediately clear as Margera has not been on his medication since his departure.

Margera was irked that he was not receiving 'special treatment' from staff at the facility, which led him to leave, sources told the outlet.

The outlet previously reported Margera was not allowed to leave his latest facility without authorization, but made the impulsive decision to leave the Delray Beach sober living facility after complaining of the rehab's restrictions.

Police records obtained by DailyMail.com show that Margera told the manager at the facility he was unhappy with the treatment he was receiving, and would be checking himself into another rehab center in the area - apparently RECO Intensive.

The manager then reported to the police he saw Margera leaving in a black Honda Sedan at around 8 p.m. on Monday, and authorities have continued to search for him ever since.

Officials said Margera did not appear to be a danger to himself or others, and his friends and family were reportedly working hard to get him back into the facility, according to the New York Post.

Meanwhile, Margera posted a photo to his Instagram on Tuesday fist-bumping with his 'new Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor.'

'MMA fighter, chiropractor and 10 years sober Dominick, is my new AA sponsor #f-kYeah,' he captioned the post.
