Rita Ora marked the release of her new single with a hilarious dancing TikTok she posted on Instagram Stories on Thursday.

Donning a sheet mask and a perilously high white crop top, the singer showed off her energetic moves while using a crystal roller, having previously shared a playful video about her exhausted limbs after 'leg day.' 

It came after Rita officially unveiled her new single Barricades, as she sported face gems and went braless in a shimmering mesh top.

Enjoying a spot of pampering, Rita donned a blue sheet mask to cleanse her complexion before filming an amusing TikTok in her hotel room.

The Hot Right Now hitmaker poked fun at the state of her body after a gruelling workout as she fell over while struggling to walk to her bed.

Flashing her toned abs in the revealing cropped vest and tracksuit bottoms, Rita captioned the clip: 'When I go hard on leg day.'

She then shared another amusing video displaying her hilarious dance moves, with her dangerously high top flashing plenty of underboob.

It comes after Rita took to social media to share a series of sultry snaps sporting face jewels and a busty top to celebrate the release of her new single.

She captioned the snap: 'Barricades with @netskyofficial out June 22nd... get ready to rave.' 

This comes after Rita shared a video of herself duetting with Jennifer Lopez as she praised the star for her 'inspirational' new documentary Halftime.

The singer took to Instagram on Wednesday night to post a clip showing her singing with JLo, 52, in a 'spontaneous' and 'unrehearsed' session.

In the footage, the pair can be heard showing off their impressive vocal ranges as they belted out a Spanish song in front of a piano.

Rita flaunted her sensational physique in a clinging black jumpsuit which she teamed with a pair of heeled sandals.

She swept her golden locks back into a tight up-do as she sang alongside the Jenny From The Block hitmaker, who has also recorded many songs in Spanish.

Jennifer looked effortlessly chic in a sweeping rainbow maxi-dress as she stood on the opposite side of the piano to Rita while a man played the piano between them.

She flaunted her fresh-faced beauty with a light dusting of make-up and fixed her brunette locks into a slicked-back bun.

In a lengthy caption alongside the clip, Rita praised Jennifer's Netflix documentary Halftime, whose title is a nod to her entering her 50s and to her Super Bowl halftime show with Shakira.

Rita gushed that she continues to be inspired by Jennifer's 'resilience', 'hard work' and 'generosity' and said that she 'inspires' women to achieve their dreams.

She penned: 'I've just watched your documentary: Halftime on Netflix, and I continue to be inspired by your hard work, your resilience and endless generosity. You have taught all of us girls to not have limits. 

'You have shown us that we can do it all and for that I will forever be grateful. In times of doubt, I have always looked to you and your achievements for guidance and just if I need that extra push that day.
