Tammy Hembrow has welcomed her first child, a baby girl, with her fiancé Matt Poole.
On Sunday, the fitness mogul shared a series of intimate photos from her labour to Instagram and revealed she had a natural birth.
'The absolute hardest yet most rewarding thing I've ever done. An unmedicated VBA2C. No words,' Tammy, 28, wrote.

'Birth story to come. For now just resting in my love bubble with my perfect little girl wow,' she added.
In one photo, Tammy can be seen holding her newborn daughter minutes after she was born, while Matt supported her nearby.
She also posted another picture of herself standing in a shower while in labour.
Tammy announced she was expecting her first child with her Ironman fiancé Matt in December, just two weeks after their engagement.
