X Factor star Tom Mann has paid tribute to his fiancée Danielle by sharing a poem written by her before her sudden death on Saturday - hours after she was due to get married.
Singer Tom, 28, took to Instagram on Monday to reveal that the love of his life and mother of his eight-month-old son passed away in the early hours of Saturday.
Danielle, 34, did not suffer from any known health problems and her cause of death is unknown.

On Thursday, he took to Instagram once again to share a poem Danielle had previously posted on her page about moving on from hurt.
It said: 'You fall, you rise, you make mistakes, you live, you learn.
'You're human, not perfect. You've been hurt, but you're alive.

'Think of what a precious privilege it is to breathe, to think, to enjoy, and to chase the things you love.
'Sometimes there is sadness in our journey, but there is also lots of beauty.
'We must keep putting one foot in front of the other even when we hurt, for we will never know what is waiting for us around the bend.'
Danielle had captioned the post: 'Thoughts for today,' followed by a love heart back in 2015.

On Monday, Tom revealed his fiancée Danielle Hampson died on Saturday – the morning after their wedding day.
Tom – who found fame in the band Stereo Kicks – took to Instagram to share a photograph of Dani and their son Bowie as he revealed that he was feeling 'completely broken' but vowed to stay strong for the sake of their young son.
Tom had just returned from a holiday with PR Executive Danielle, 34, in Sardinia last month.

He continued: 'I will wear this ring that I was always supposed to wear as a sign of my unconditional love to you'
Tom wrote in his Instagram post: 'I can't believe I am writing these words but my darling Dani - my best friend, my everything and more, the love of my life - passed away in the early hours of Saturday morning, 18th June.
'On what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives ended in irreversible heartbreak.
'I feel like I have cried an ocean. We never made it to the alter; or got to say our vows, or dance our first dance, but I know you know that you were my entire world and the best thing that has ever happened to me, Danielle.
'I will wear this ring that I was always supposed to wear as a sign of my unconditional love to you.'

'The most beautiful person inside and out. The most incredible soul. We have lost such a special person and I am sure we are about to see an abundant outpouring of love that reflects that.
'I will try to find peace in your messages and comments, but right now I am grieving and I will be for a very, very long time.'
Tom added: 'My darling Dani, the brightest light in any room, my world is nothing but darkness without you. I will miss you forever.'
