Caroline Stanbury worried that if she didn't have a baby with her younger fiancé that he would leave her on Wednesday's episode of The Real Housewives Of Dubai.

'I'm very scared to do this again, but if I can't have the baby Sergio wont stay, fact,' Stanbury, 45, said in a confessional referencing Sergio Carrallo, 27, when the show opened.

The episode titled Desert Détente opened with Caroline and Sergio at the building site of their new house. The architect pointed out that there was a baby room in the building plans.

'What happens if the baby can't happen?' Caroline asked Sergio.

'The baby is going to happen,' Sergio said. 'That's why we have our baby room.'

'But darling I am 45 years old you need to understand that,' Caroline said.

'My parents have to be grandparents,' Sergio said. 'The Carrallo generation has to keep going, honey.'

'No one said you are not having a baby. I just said I'm 45, you need to be realistic ' Caroline told him.

'You want to have the baby now?' Sergio asked.

'No,' Stanbury said. 'This surrogacy is a whole thing.'

'I don't want someone else to carry it,' Sergio said. 'I don't want a baby that doesn't look like us.'

'It will look like us,' Caroline said. 'It's exactly the same.'

'I don't think so honey,' Sergio said. 'A little baby girl has to happen,'

Across town Caroline Brooks,37, went to meet with a real estate agent to find a location for her inclusive salon and spa. She looked at a location that would cost $25,900 a month.

Nina Ali, 42, visited her husband Munaf at work. She told him that she invited the women to his business partner Bijan's birthday party. Munaf asked her if she had decided which Rolls-Royce she wanted to order and she said she needed to test them all out. He then reminded her to decide on her license plate.

'People spend millions of dollars, not dirhams, but dollars on license plate numbers,' Nina said in a confessional.

'If you get a one digit it's going to be an insane amount,' Munaf said. 'They actually end up costing more than the car. D5 sold in Dubai for $33 million.'

'I could never justify spending that much,' Nina said.

Meanwhile, Lesa Milan, 33, tried to work on her clothing line Mina Roe at her house with her kids playing around her. Her husband Rich, a businessman who also serves as the CFO of Mina Roe, stopped by her office. Lesa told him that online sales were doing well after her fashion show. Lesa tried to talk business with him but his phone kept buzzing.

'The meeting is over,' Lesa said walking off.

Rich went back to talk to her and said she had proved him wrong with all her sales.

'I believe in you,' Rich said.

Chanel Ayan, 43, and her husband Chris walked around Dubai. He asked her if she remembered when they met 23 years ago.

'When I met Chris I was supposed to marry my cousin,' Chanel said in a confessional. 'I was given to my cousin when I was really young. This is normal in my country, and my cousin was hot, so there's not an issue with that, but I really loved Chris. So I wanted to marry Chris.'

Chanel said she forced Chris to be with her.
