Maya Vander confirmed she's done for good with the popular Netflix reality series Selling Sunset on Thursday.

The 40-year-old real estate star told Page Six that she had no plans to return to the show, and she's instead spending her time in Miami, Florida, to focus on her new real estate firm.

She clarified her career move just two days after sharing that she had a miscarriage on Tuesday, which came six months after she suffered a stillbirth.

Maya clarified to the publication that she had 'decided to not execute my contract' for another season of Selling Sunset.

'I love the show, and it was great, but I’m excited to focus on the Miami real estate market,' she continued, adding that all the cross-country traveling she had to do to maintain her business and to appear on the series was a major stressor for her.

'I want to focus on my family, and flying coast to coast is a lot. The show is great, and I love everyone, but looking forward to growing my business in South Florida,' she said.

Vander will be moving on from the Oppenheim group to Compass, which her firm will be part of.
