Tammy Hembrow has been hailed as a 'superwoman' after showing off her incredible post-baby body in an Instagram selfie on Friday.
The fitness influencer, 28, welcomed her third child, a daughter named Posy Poole, last Sunday and already seems to have a flat stomach less than a week later.
A makeup-free Tammy, who shares baby Posy with her fiancé Matt Poole, snapped a photo of herself in underwear while holding her newborn.

'Almost one week with my Posy girl,' she wrote in the caption, adding: 'Feeling far from human right now but soaking in every second
'Her birth was a lot quicker and a lot more dramatic than we expected
'I did have pretty severe postpartum haemorrhaging, but I am so blessed she arrived safely and still had such an amazing experience that I'll never forget.
'Can't say I want to do it again anytime soon lol.'
